B-SAFE BALTIMORE

The B-SAFE Baltimore Project through Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health sought to provide Baltimore residents with resources for overdose and COVID-19 prevention through a peer-to-peer harm reduction approach. Responsibilities included building and maintaining social media platforms for B-SAFE, creating and sharing resources through social media for overdose prevention, overdose response, and COVID-19 prevention, communicating with participants where to obtain free naloxone and attend naloxone trainings in Baltimore City, creating and editing content for B-SAFE manual (used as basis for peer trainings), creating material for and monitoring a texting campaign with B-SAFE clients, and conducting and analyzing qualitative interviews.
